ZINFULLIFE PRIVACY POLICY

 

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the software application Zinfullife (the “App”) for mobile devices that was created by Zinfullife, LLC (the “Company”). The App is intended to facilitate and extend the positive feelings of being in-store through the App.  As such, any information the user (“You” or “you” or “your”) provides to the App or to the Company may be shared with other users of the App. Prior to using the App, You must acknowledge receipt of and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

 

1. Personal Information.  When You register with the Company and use the App, you generally provide your name, email address, user name, password, and other registration information.  You may also choose to provide additional profile information such as profile picture, drink preference and home store.  If You provide any of this information, the Company will collect it in accordance with the terms of this Policy.  All information collected in accordance with Section 1 of this Policy will be retained by the Company.

2. Electronic Information.  When You use the App, certain information may be automatically collected, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile device operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the App.

3. Company’s Use of the Information.  All of the information You provide to Company through your use of the App may be used, accessed, or aggregated by the Company in its sole discretion. The Company may use or access your information for reasons including, but not limited to: customizing and tailoring your experience; responding to your comments or questions; understanding and analyzing the usage trends, interests, and preferences of our users; improving the way the App works and looks; and creating new features and functionality. The Company may use your information to send information You have requested or offers, contests, promotions or similar events the Company thinks would interest You. 

4. Sharing of Information.  The information You provide through the App may be shared with the Company, the store(s) for which you are using the App, its members or its affiliates thereof.  Company is not responsible for the information sharing practices of the store(s), and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for information the store(s) shares with third parties.

5. User Content.  Company takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any information You post, regardless of whether Company edits, publishes, removes, or deletes such information. You are responsible for making sure you have permission or other rights to provide any information or content You post via the App. 

 

Online Advertising. Ads appearing on the App may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad servers to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement in order to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers our use of cookies on the App and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers, each of whom maintain their own privacy policy.

 

1. User Choice.  At any time, You may choose not to provide certain information when prompted by the App; however such actions may prevent You from fully using the App.

2. Age Requirement.  The products, services and experiences promoted on this App are intended for people 21 years of age and older.  By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We do not solicit or collect information from anyone under the age of 21 or allow people under the age of 21 to use the App. The App and its content are not directed at people under the age of 21. If the Company learns that it has collected personal information from a person under age 21, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a person under 21, please contact us.

3. Security.  Company will use industry standard security to prevent the compromise of its servers and systems which may lead to the disclosure of your information to unintended parties.  We will use industry standard encryption techniques when sending and receiving your information. Although the Company takes appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed, altered or destroyed, in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

4. Changes.  This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.  Company will notify You of any changes to our Privacy Policy by informing you via email.  An updated Privacy Policy is always available on the settings page of the App.

5. Merger or Sale.  In the event that all or a portion of Company or its assets is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from users in connection with such merger, reorganization, recapitalization, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

6. Disclaimer. If You choose to access or download the App, you do so at your own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. The Company may limit the availability of the App, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area and/or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.

7. Consent.  By using this App, You are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  You acknowledge that the information You provide is intended to and may be shared with the Company, the store(s) that provided the App, its affiliates or members, and other third parties as contemplated in this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age.
